Luigi Ferrer
Luigi Ferrer is an experienced bisexual activist, a nationally recognized HIV/AIDS activist, a healthcare & non-profit consultant and concerned environmentalist. Luigi is a certified HIV Test Counselor and sex educator. He served as Executive Director of the Body Positive Resource Center (Miami’s 2nd AIDS Service Organization), the Bisexual Foundation and Pridelines (Miami’s LGBTQ Community Center). Luigi is an HIV Long-Term Survivor (HLTS), living with HIV since 1980. He currently serves as Health Education Supervisor and Sexual Minority Health Coordinator for the Florida Department of Health Miami-Dade, coordinate the Miami Collaborative (Miami’s MSM HIV Prevention workgroup) and provides technical assistance to organizations which provide HIV Prevention services for men who have sex with men.
