I am trained in New York and now living in Florida and have been in private practice for over 30 years. Founder and director of, Different Like Me, Inc. where we provide psychotherapy, cognitive rehabilitation, educational/disability evaluations and LGBTQ care. I am also Transgender Certified, and a PhD candidate in clinical sexology. In my practice we work with children, adults and families, specializing in trauma, LGBTQ, childhood challenges, parenting issues, mood disorders, family conflict, divorce/separation, Autism, ADHD, OCD, Sensory Disorders, and more. We also provide psychoeducational, disability and gifted testing, 504/IEP advocacy and cognitive rehabilitation. I utilize a combination of evidence based modalities including EMDR, play therapy, CBT, psychodynamic therapy, assessments to help my patients reach their goals and live happier, less stressful, more satisfying lives.
